I've spent half my life around harbors and fishing boats, but have never seen as many "ratty" looking ones in the same place. They are moored about 10 deep, and the row is 12-15 boats long. They are all rigged for dragging, and looks like they are all in normal use. Probably in because of the holidays. Routing maintenance doesn't happen much, it's obvious! Interesting though.
